Brian Gareau grew up in Northern New York State. He graduated from Hartwick College and then moved to the Midwest where he has been part of Caterpillar Inc.'s management team for more than 20 years. He has worked in a wide variety of functions including Manufacturing, Corporate Public Affairs, Customer Services, Logistics, and Human Services. Brian is the co-developer of a patent-pending Cultural Assessment Process and continues to work, both domestically and internationally, with his team on organizational effectiveness and measuring R.O.C. (return on culture). He coached JFL football in Illinois and Pennsylvania and taught a leadership class at the United Methodist Local Licensed Pastor's School for a number of years. His wife Patricia is a pastor and they are blessed with three children (Brandi, Ben, and Kelsey). Brian is an avid Green Bay Packer and Montreal Canadians fan. His favorite pizza is thin crust…piled high with different meats. |
